Yes, we monitor flights and accommodate delays up to 45 minutes. If the delay is longer, the booking may be canceled with a full refund.
We offer child car seats as a courtesy service, but availability is not guaranteed. UK law allows children to travel in taxis without a car seat under certain conditions.
For non-airport pickups, we may require a deposit of up to 50%. If canceled within three hours of pickup, the deposit is non-refundable.
